As the title states, Capcom has revealed that the Definitive Edition of DmC: Devil May Cry will be releasing one week sooner, putting it in stores on March 10, 2015. Ninja Theory’s controversial, but really fun, Devil May Cry game is getting a second chance on the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, in 60fps with all DLC included. Additional balancing tweaks and content will also be available in this release, making it pretty definitive and more than just a port.
With the game’s second lease on life on current-gen platforms, Capcom still has not stated whether or not the Definitive Edition‘s balance changes and new content will make their way to the PC version of the game. The Definitive Edition‘s changes and content may have been inspired by existing PC mods, but official support via a patch, reasonably priced expansion or new SKU remains to be unannounced.
