Capcom has released a CG trailer for the upcoming DmC. Previously only found in theaters, Capcom has released the trailer for public consumption.
The CG trailer shows Dante strutting his stuff as he makes his way to a bank. On the way there, he knocks the poisonous Virility drink out of a child’s hands. The trailer breams with anarchism, as Dante isn’t having no demon-run corporate bullshit. This may be a far cry from the original series (unless you count Arius from DMC2 … but we don’t talk about that game) but I think it works. The story of DmC appears to be heavy with relevant social commentary to today’s society and that’s interesting. It may be a different story and type of storytelling for the series but I think I’ll enjoy it more than the previous titles.
DmC releases on January 15th for consoles and the 25th for PC.
