JBoc924The Dead Space series hasn’t been content to just remain within the realm of video games, EA has opted to branch out the franchise into different forms of media. You have a couple of animated features, a novel adaptation which actually fills in some of the gaps presented in the games (most notably having to do with the Marker), and spin-offs like the on-rails shooter Extraction (originally for the Wii and now available on PSN). That’s not all, though. EA has also given owners of the iPad and iPhone/iPod Touch a taste of Dead Space to savor.
The game has been available for a while already on the App Store, but now it’s available for 50% off its normal price. That means you can download the iPad version for $5.99 and the iPhone/iPod touch version for $2.99. This is for a limited time only, though. Both iOS versions will convert back to their normal pricing after July 31st. So, what are you waiting for? Now’s the perfect time to check out this game if you haven’t already.
