To celebrate the release of Dead Space 3, EA has partnered with Meister Watches to create a timeless…um…timepiece. The CEC Engineer Class watch is designed to be a high-quality replica of Isaac Clarke’s in-game watch in Dead Space 3.
Underneath all of that armor, I’m sure that a watch like that really stands out. To be honest, I didn’t even know that Isaac was wearing a watch. Or that Jill Valentine was either. You’d think that if he wanted to know the time, it would be in his heads-up display, right? Oh well, sometimes a watch is just easier.
While the watch would look very nice in a collection of game-inspired wrist watches, I can’t see it being very comfortable to wear. However if you’re still interested, the watch is for sale exclusively through the EA Gear store. A limited run of 500 watches will be for sale at the low low asking price of $265USD. DLC for the watch includes different colored watch faces and actual watch functionality. Just kidding!
