JBoc924Let’s face it, zombies are everywhere. They’ve recently been enjoying great success on the small screen thanks to The Walking Dead on AMC, and they’re the victims of many, many games. Dead Island is one such title.
Scheduled to land on store shelves on September 6th, Dead Island will put players in the role of one of 4 survivors caught in the middle of a hell breaking loose when zombies start taking over a tropical resort. Yeah, doesn’t sound all that original, but Deep Silver aims to have the game’s robust melee system as one of its most defining features. We won’t really find out if it’s good or not until we try it out and play the game for ourselves in a little over a month.
