After yesterday’s leaks and speculation, Dead by Daylight has officially revealed that Chris and Claire Redfield are a part of the Resident Evil chapter which just released today. Check out the full trailer, which showcases the characters in action, along with confirming that Meg really did die when she got yeeted in the reveal version of this trailer.
The Legendary Cosmetics are more than just costumes, as they actually turn Leon and Jill into Chris and Claire, complete with new audio for their grunts and screams. While Claire is based on her Resident Evil 2 Remake look, Chris is surprisingly based on his RE5 look for his S.T.A.R.S. costume. It’s technically the most recent updated version of that costume, so I suppose the Dead by Daylight developers chose it because of that. Along with Chris and Claire, Dead by Daylight also threw in Resident Evil 4 and Resident Evil 3: Nemesis costumes for Leon and Jill, which uhhh godspeed, my money.
