Code Vein gets late September release date

Bandai Namco has announced the release date for their new action RPG from the creators of the God Eater franchise. Code Vein now has a simultaneous release on the PS4, Xbox One, and PC (via Steam) on September 28th in the West. Japanese consoles get it one day earlier.

Pre-ordering the game will give users three God Eater-themed weapons, a special claw, and a PS4-exclusive theme. The Japanese and European launches offer special physical additions that include a 17 cm tall figure of the main female companion, Mia Karnstein. Japan gets physical copies of the artbook and soundtrack with the special edition while Europe gets digital versions. There’s currently no announcement for a US collector’s edition.

A new trailer with English voice acting can be watched below with plenty of segments from the narrative.
