After starting its early access back in October of 2022, Wales Interactive’s second game in the British history-inspired Sker universe, Sker Ritual, is fully launching on PC and consoles next month, after getting consistent content updates and improvements since the early access started.
This upcoming full release next month will feature all of the updates made since the early access launch as well as a new 1.0 update that features lots of brand new content across all versions.
After releasing Maid of Sker back in 2020, Wales Interactive set out to create another game in that same universe, but this time focusing on a round-based co-op survival shooter formula. Further expanding on the lean combat mechanics featured in the original Maid of Sker, the sequel sees you fending off the terrifying Sker enemies with your friends.
The game will be releasing for PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC (Steam) on April 18th, with preorders on PlayStation already being available, and Xbox will be available shortly. You can still purchase the early access version of the game on Steam now to get the introductory price before the full launch next month.

- Traverse alone or rally with friends: Battle the Quiet Ones alone or with up to three additional players in online co-op. Be warned, the hordes scale based on the player count.
- Four haunting locations to explore: Fight your way through four maps each with their own secrets to uncover. Explore the Cursed Lands of Lavernock, Ashes of Sker Hotel, Sewers of the Dead, and Deadly Lover’s Fortress.
- Wield the power of Celtic Gods: Killing enemies offer a chance to drop powerful Miracles, each offering a choice of three upgradable powers. Bound to a Celtic God, each upgrade comes with a different rarity, core attributes and power.
- Face off against terrifying horrors:The Quiet Ones are back and they have brought friends. Sker Island is crawling with new enemies and elites, each with their own abilities and one goal in mind, total destruction.
