Chernobylite will kick off its early access phase tomorrow, October 16th. Unlike previously planned, the game will not only appear on Steam, but also on GOG.
The Farm 51 released a new trailer which compares real life footage taken in and around Chernobyl and Pripyat to locations found within the game. They used photogrammetry to achieve the best possible result.
Chernobylite will cost $29.99 and will be available via Steam Early Access. The developers of The Farm 51 are hoping to receive meaningful feedback on gameplay, bugs, and general game quality to perfect and finish game in time.
Chernobylite takes place in the contaminated and restricted area of Chernobyl. 3D-scanned reconstructions of the environment and places provide for a beautiful and scary real representation. As soon as tomorrow, you can prepare yourself for an extraordinary game with realistic and captivating graphics. An obviously exciting adventure awaits you in Chernobylite, but for a even more genuine and realistic feel, you will also be able to turn on the audio feed in russian language. Большое спасибо!
The final version of Chernobylite for PC, PS4 and Xbox One will launch in the second half of 2020.
