Castlevania: Lords of Shadow 2’s trailer wasn’t enough for you ‘vaniacs? Well, now we have the official box art for the second part of Mercury Steam’s Castlevania trilogy, Mirror of Fate. Its epicocity has whipped my eyeballs!
The game’s cover has everything we would want on it: all the main stars and the titular edifice in the distance, set to a soothing full moon. Trevor, Simon, Alucard and Gabriel “Eu Sunt Dracul!” Belmont all look quite awesome here. I really love Mercury Steam’s art style, it’s absolutely beautiful. Oh yeah, Alucard = Trevor. Just sayin’ (for the 100th time!).
You can check out the box art below, and a logo-free version of the artwork below that. Also, it has been confirmed via producer Dave Cox’s Twitter that Mirror of Fate will actually be available as a digital download on the eShop the same day it hits retailers. So you can stay hidden in your home like Dracula has for centuries, and not see the light of day to pick up your copy!
