We already know that Castlevania: Harmony of Despair will be making its way to PSN soon. Now we know that “soon” means September. No exact date was given, but Konami has stated that the game should be making its way to PS3 owners sometime next month.
While this PSN port won’t be getting any exlcusive DLC, as of this time, it will be busting out the gate with something the original, XBLA version didn’t have: local co-op. 4-player local co-op, to be exact. But that’s not all, Harmony of Despair will also be launching on PSN with some of the DLC that hit the XBLA version post-launch: The “Beauty, Desire, Situation Dire” map pack as well as the Julius Belmont and Yoko Belnades character packs.
Stay tuned for more Castlevania news.
