Konami has just announced the release of the Castlevania & Contra Konami Collector’s Edition for PC via GOG.
The package is available right here as of now for €5.99 / $5.99 and includes the following titles:
- Castlevania
- Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest
- Castlevania III: Dracula’s Curse
- Contra
- Super C
According to the GOG store, the games now include a quicksave function, allowing players to save at any point during gameplay.
Konami has also released Metal Gear, Metal Gear Solid, and Metal Gear Solid 2 Substance.

Having these classics easily available via GOG on a PC is definitely a welcome move by Konami. It will be interesting to see people’s reception to the ports.
