cjmelendez_The third chapter in the BloodRayne saga is almost here. The bloody sidescrolling sequel, starring dhampir Rayne, will be releasing at the end of August: the 30th for PSN, and the following day on XBLA.
Developed by WayForward, BloodRayne: Betrayal mixes up the series and removes a dimension, but not the blood. Betrayal will be a 2D game with a comic book style. I’m looking forward to Betrayal because I grew up with the bloody vixen, Rayne. Sure, some may criticize my mom for buying me a game with a busty vampire woman on the cover, but damn it, I grew up fine!
Here’s hoping this game retains all that made the series so fun and disturbing. I have high hopes, because WayForward will also be developing Silent Hill: Book of Memories. Hopefully we’ll all be left pleased with the end results.
