Aliens Infestation outed, being developed by WayForward

A while ago, DS owners were expected to be hit with their own unique version of Aliens: Colonial Marines. The game was going to be a 2D sidescroller but it has long been canned. Now, though, we have a new Aliens game coming, once again from WayForward who were originally the developers behind the aforementioned DS Colonial Marines game.

Aliens Infestation is the title in question, and it has just been outed via a listing on the OFLC as a multiplatform title being developed by WayForward and published by SEGA. My money is on this being the once-cancelled DS game in an all-new form. A 3DS release, perhaps?
