Apparently, Gearbox Software isn’t done yet with the fiasco that was Aliens: Colonial Marines. Maybe they’re trying to make amends with gamers, or perhaps it’s just because they sold season passes that promised four DLC’s and they don’t want to be sued. All that is known for sure is that there will be a DLC campaign released for the game, titled “Stasis Interrupted.” The recently revealed trophies suggest that the DLC will be single player, as no reference to multiplayer is made.
The reveal of this DLC may be good news for those who purchased the game and are still desperately trying to justify their decision. It will be an interesting sight to see Gearbox continue to honor the season pass purchases of this game. One can only assume that they’ll do so begrudgingly or with righteous indignation, as if no faults were ever committed.
