G4 and Rev3 alum Adam Sessler recently took a trip to Japan to get a look at Bethesda’s upcoming survival horror title, The Evil Within. Kicking off a new Behind-the-Scenes series, Adam gets acquainted with the project and its director Shinji Mikami and producer Masato Kimura, to learn about the game’s focus on horror and its design.
The three videos released today go over the “Art of Survival” and “Inside the Mind of Shinji Mikami”, as well as a general intro to the series. Future episodes are expected as we edge closer to the game’s October 14 release date.
A lot of interesting information and insight on The Evil Within will be found in these three videos, and there’s a good bit of new footage to look at. If you’re curious about the game at all, look no further as this series is just beginning and is already rather extensive in what it tells us about the game’s creative process.
