trivard676Dead Rising: Case Zero went on sale just yesterday. Despite the fact that most are calling it just a demo that they’re being charged for, there are actually a lot of reasons to pick it up. And for about 400 MSP, you’ve probably done worse, right? Think about all of those t-shirts your avatar is wearing…the ones that you didn’t unlock.

Case Zero is a stand-alone game in the franchise–while it may be short and in theory serve as Dead Rising 2’s demo, Case Zero has multiple endings to achieve,
9. IED Attacks
Combine the propane tank and a box of nails to obtain the IED. Hold down the attack button behind a zombie, run away and shoot the IED. Harsh.
8. …Moose head?
No one here is denying that the series can be odd at times. All you Canadians out there represent! Head into Bob’s Fish ‘n’ Hunt or buy it from the pawn shop. Put it on and rack ’em up!
7. Cross Dressing
Okay, now this is getting really weird!

There’s no goalie required in Lawn Darts. But zombies don’t know that.

The game has several achievements you can obtain (you can see the list that RoH has compiled here–mild spoilers inside!).

Use the chef’s knife special attack for a special Psycho homage.

Combine the paddle and the chainsaw to get this deliciously bloody weapon.

Try combining orange juice and bacon in a blender and drink it. Orange juice and ketchup also provide interesting items.
