During Sony’s State of Play event this past week, Skydance Interactive revealed a new trailer for The Walking Dead: Saints and Sinners Retribution Ch2, which will be launching for PCVR, Meta Quest 2, PSVR2, and PSVR/PS4 in late 2022.
The trailer, a mix of gameplay and in-game cinematics captured on PS5, features a first look at gameplay as players are tasked with making their way through New Orleans during a zombie apocalypse. Saints and Sinners Retribution is entirely physics-based, meaning combat is realistic and violent. Players confront both zombie hordes and fellow human survivors in New Orleans while looking for supplies and completing missions.
Skydance says that this latest entry “is a full standalone game of the same size/scope as the first chapter” and that players’ save games from Chapter 1 will have an impact on their Chapter 2 game.
