JBoc924Well, would you look at that. It looks like Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City won’t be coming out in 2011 after all. As predicted, the game will now be releasing next year judging by this poster I retrieved from NY Comic-Con (gotta love free stuff!). Having said that, it’ll still technically be able to fall within the Winter launch window that Capcom has confirmed already. It could possibly end up landing on store shelves sometime in January.
This may not come as a surprise, or, rather, a Revelation to most of you. Because after all, we really haven’t seen that much new content from the game. But hey, maybe after Inserted Evil comes to an end in a couple of weeks, we might get a solid release date and the beginning of another big marketing push, leading up to a possible release in January. Regardless, we’ll keep you posted on whatever else we learn relating to this.
