JBoc924Back when we received the first trailer for Resident Evil: Revelations we were met with a familiar set-up: Chris and Jill confined within one given area with the return of actual horror. Fans were quite ecstatic about Revelation’s revelation that the series will be going back to its roots for this 3DS-exclusive entry, set between Resident Evil 4 and 5.
Then E3 2011 came and brought with it loads of new media to go from. We got a new trailer and screens that introduced a few new faces to the franchise’s cast. Jill’s BSAA partner Parker Luciani and Chris’ partner(most likely also belonging to the BSAA) Jessica. That’s fine and all but all of a sudden we were seeing Jill and Parker going through the confines of the luxury cruise ship. So, where’s Chris?
Well, as aforementioned, Chris is partnered up with Jessica in a snowy mountain range in Europe. While it’s not clear what exactly they’re doing there, it’s safe to speculate that they’re on some form of mission to cease production on a new virus, or a modification of a previous virus. Yeah, we don’t have a whole lot of information regarding Chris in Revelations (don’t even get me started on the “clone”) but we may not have to wait that long before we do learn a bit more.
The current issue of Nintendo Power has a Revelations-centric teaser for next month’s issue (which you can view below). It states:
